Drawings of girls I wish I knew in person

Whenever I feel like drawing but nothing is inspiring, I always turn to photos of friends or people I admire, because they are always fun to draw. A lot of the time I draw people from photos on blogs, MySpace, and Facebook, sometimes just to warm up, too.

Here are some rough doodles of girls I find inspiring and want to know better! There are tons of guys I find inspiring too, but they're too hard to draw at this point...sorry! (> o <)

Casey!

Casey is pretty and her blog has funny drawings and pictures! Her photos are elegant and classy and nice to draw. Her blog says she is doing a comic soon! Hooray!!



I like how this blue Casey came out, even though the pen kept crapping out and trying to die.

Molly!

I really don't know Molly at all, other than from stories Nico has told me and what I've seen from her blog! She seems like a funny and wonderful girl with a cute style.



This was the first drawing I did of her, and I didn't like it at all at first, but then later on it grew on me a little. Molly is really pretty, a lot prettier than my drawings of her.

Kristen!

WAHHHH when oh when will I get to meet Kristen...Kristen's art is amazing, she's totally one of my heroes. She draws everything well and with happy and good design. And she's funny. And cute. She takes really funny photos that are fun to draw. I like Kristen!

Chloe!

Chloe's art intimidates me a bit because it is so interesting and unique and wonderful! I've never seen art like hers before- it's mesmorizing stuff. Chloe was hard to draw because she's quite beautiful and I couldn't capture it quite right. I will try again though!

Robyn!

I knew Robyn as a young kid and was always in awe of how well spoken and smart she was. Now I have discovered her blog!


On top of being smart and interesting, she's also pretty and was fun to draw!

Tara!

Tara is actually about a million times cuter than this drawing! She's also a super prolific cartoonist who is doing tons of stuff despite how young she is.


I think this drawing is funny and weirdly cute, but it is still not anywhere as cute as the real Tara. Sometimes when I draw people, weird things happen.
