Kim Kardashian | Marchesa gown

Kim Kardashian looked fabulous in a red Marchesa gown at the Heart Truth 2010 Fashion Show at New York Fashion Week. The fashion show showed of the Red Dress Collection 2010, which helps raise awareness about women's heart disease. Kim Kardashian was also in New York to promote her new fragrance and show her Bebe fashion line. Reggie Bush was also with her in New York City and Bryant Park.

Alexander Wang did not design this for breastfeeding!

I had no idea Kim Kardashian is breastfeeding, or at least that's what it looks like from my side of the screen. Now where was this dress when I was nursing my own son (for 13 months!)!?!?  I mean look at that breast flap, so convenient, just pull it down to let the bambino snack!  And yes, I realize Alex did not design the dress with this function in mind but if you are nursing, give it a try!

Kim Kardashian has been lighting up the Internet with her new cornrows which she modeled in Los Angeles. Reportedly, Kim Kardashian wore the sexy new hairstyle for a video shoot for her new single Turn It Up which she debuted during a New Year’s Eve party in Las Vegas.
